In the Name of Progress

The pilot plant will only be ready in January 2009. Such frequent change in schedule and in particular, delay, I believe, is typical of government organisation.

Time is money

We are running out of both.

Go! Go! Go!

Against all odds

In view of the recent increase in the cost of building materials, unpredictable weather and labour, good enough that the project is not abandoned.;-)

Pilot Plant - Delay

The pilot plant will be ready to receive equipment end of November 2008. Delayed by three months. Normally I would react negatively to such confirmation. This case is an exception. When the chairman asked if it is acceptable, I gave a nod. Not possible not to nod after being shown the impromptu Gannt chart. A blessing perhaps. We have not forwarded downpayment to at least one of the three suppliers as at now. Thus they have not started fabrication and that would result in delay in delivery. So, the whole project is well synchronised [sic].

Pilot Plant Tour

At 11am on a beautiful and blessed Friday morning of 16th May 2008, we toured the building, which is still under construction, guided by the engineers. Awesome. Even digital camera at 8MP cannot do justice...In this case 'if a picture paints a thousand words' ...simply does not hold. Bad painter:)

Congratulations to IIUM Development, JKR and the contractors. Please continue with wonderful surprises!!!!
